With passion and responsibility the Mosconi family set out to build the foundation of their enterprise on the vineyard-covered hills in Odobeşti: wine - the well of hope, friendship and self-assertion. As they originate from red and white breeds of grapes, the wines in Tenuta Odobesti are testimony of the typical agricultural, ecological, and climatic conditions featured by this wonderful vine-growing land, but also of the striking character imparted by the highly skilled professionals, able to successfully combine local traditions with technology. The structure
of the wine range is similar to a sequence of generations in an
aristocratic family tree, with steady and solid relations. Therein,
French standard wines, like Merlot and Pinot Noir, are in good
company with local, traditional white wines (Fetească Albă, Fetească
Regală) and locally created genuine brands (Şarba) but also with
popular European brands of Latin origin (Aligote and Italian
Riesling). All these brands make up a rich dowry which places
itself
a
class above the rest due to the remarkable character of the wines
herein produced.
